Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist, you will partner with Product, Finance, Payments, Security, Risk, Growth, and Go-to-Market teams to optimize systems and drive strategic decisions with data.
You will build and deploy machine learning models, perform statistical analyses, and apply optimization and causal inference to forecast outcomes and manage risk.
Design, run, and analyze complex experiments, leveraging causal designs to quantify effects and guide business decisions.
Communicate results clearly to stakeholders and translate analyses into actionable recommendations that drive measurable impact.
Manage multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail, bringing a builder's mindset and willingness to challenge assumptions.
Requirements include advanced degrees with years of data science experience, proficiency in SQL and Python or R, and hands-on work across ML, statistics, product analytics, and experimentation; production deployment and distributed tools are preferred.
