Seeking a Construction Estimator to determine project scopes, assess labor, materials, and timelines for restoration projects.
You will create accurate sketches and initial scopes, ensuring estimates meet client requirements.
Collaborate with Project Managers and external specialists (structural engineers, ITEL, electrical inspectors) to finalize cost estimates.
Deliver clear, well-organized bids and communicate progress to customers and stakeholders.
Must analyze constraints, identify upgrades, and leverage Xactimate and other tools for precise pricing.
A strong customer service background, critical thinking, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential.
