Own the development and maintenance of commercial finance dashboards, reports, and analytical tools used to drive revenue planning.
Analyze actuals vs. plan across volume, mix, pricing, trade, and margin to identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
Partner with Sales and Business Analytics to optimize trade, promotions, and customer profitability through data-driven recommendations.
Evaluate commercial proposals, bids, tenders, and trade spend to maximize ROI and improve forecast accuracy.
Build financial models for scenarios, investments, and growth initiatives and contribute to long-range planning.
Lead and develop the FP&A function, drive data quality and system improvements, and promote cross-functional collaboration.
