Lead internal teams to deliver projections and site design/documentation for retail and restaurant projects (ground-up, TI, and remodels).
Develop project objectives, define scope, and establish schedules; create detailed project plans and manage timelines.
Oversee project scheduling, coordination, and construction administration to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
Maintain proactive client communication and coordinate with planning/zoning authorities and local jurisdictions.
Requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and 8+ years of experience; build strong relationships with clients and team; willing to travel to site visits and meetings.
Compensation is commensurate with experience; authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
