Sr Manager, Machine Learning Engineering

Translate complex business needs into actionable ML initiatives while ensuring reliability, scalability, ethics, and customer-centric outcomes.
Oversee development of advanced ML models and distributed decisioning systems, and drive engineering excellence through MLOps, peer reviews, and rigorous evaluations.
Collaborate with product, data, and platform teams to evolve platform components such as feature stores, serving layers, pipelines, and monitoring frameworks.
Mentor and grow a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and measurable impact.
