Pre-construction Manager

A Pre-construction Manager oversees the entire pre-construction process for commercial fit out projects, ensuring accurate estimating, tender management, and programme development. They coordinate with clients, architects, and suppliers to develop cost-effective solutions and manage risks effectively. The role requires strong technical understanding of design & build, procurement, and project management, alongside excellent communication and negotiation skills. Candidates are expected to have a background in the commercial fit out sector, with significant experience managing projects from 200k to 15 million pounds and simultaneously handling multiple tenders. The position involves building strong relationships with clients to secure repeat business and supporting project delivery teams during handover. Knowledge of UK construction standards, value engineering, and delivering CAT A and CAT B office fit outs is highly desirable.
