Senior Analyst, Clinical Business Development
仕事内容
Provide high-level financial and operational analysis to support clinical business development and improve efficiency and sustainability.
Prepare and review financial reports (P&L, billing analysis) and create monitoring scorecards with KPI tracking.
Develop FMV assessments and draft physician lease and service agreements; assist with business plans for clinical recruitment and expansion.
Analyze payer reimbursement levels, payer mix, and insurance trends to inform strategic planning and contract negotiations.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and HIPAA; collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Contracting; support audits.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to co-design decision-support tools and deliver executive-level presentations.
