The Group IT Manager oversees IT service delivery across the company's restaurants and support centre, ensuring systems operate reliably. They require strong management of suppliers and a solutions-oriented approach, with additional skills in automation, GDPR, PCI DSS, or Cyber Essentials being advantageous.
