Candidates should have at least four years’ experience with Python, frameworks, APIs, and relational databases, and excel in designing secure and scalable systems. The position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring high standards for code quality and system reliability. A strong emphasis is placed on ownership, clean coding practices, and working within a fast-moving product environment, with additional familiarity with cloud technologies as a bonus.
