A structured and project finance lawyer with 4-6 years PQE is sought to join a specialised team advising on complex energy and infrastructure transactions across the UK and internationally. The role involves drafting and negotiating key finance documents, supporting various project phases from development to refinancing, and fostering strong client relationships. The candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive legal advice, supporting sustainability and low carbon initiatives in a dynamic sector.
