La posizione
Plans, directs, and evaluates the facility's financial operations in alignment with GAAP and applicable state/federal regulations.
Oversees billing, accounts receivable/payable, payroll accounting, and cost reporting to ensure accurate, timely financial processes.
Produces monthly financial statements and cost reports, delivering insights to the Administrator and leadership for decision-making.
Develops and monitors KPIs, leads budgeting with department heads, and drives corrective actions to maintain fiscal health.
Ensures regulatory compliance, payer coordination, and preparation of required reports for government agencies.
Leads and develops the Business Office team, fosters collaboration, and promotes ethical, compliant, and customer-focused operations.
