La posizione
Identify and drive growth opportunities in the chemical industry by collaborating with area and regional sales teams to win new customers, develop projects, and execute revenue-generating initiatives aligned with the strategic plan.
Enhance sales effectiveness by analyzing industry trends and applications, sharing best practices, and ensuring clear communications across project and account teams.
Create and deliver training materials to build industry expertise and promote the use of targeted sales tools.
Represent the organization at key industry forums and trade shows, and lead sales campaigns with marketing and product teams.
Build and sustain strong customer relationships while shaping strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; 7+ years of experience (4+ in sales/marketing); chemical industry experience; strong technical knowledge of process control and instrumentation; up to 50% travel; and U.S. work authorization.
