The Lead Physiotherapist at Oldham RLFC is responsible for delivering physiotherapy services to the First Team, including assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of players. The role involves delivering evidence-informed rehabilitation programs, coordinating return-to-play processes, and providing clinical care during training and matches. Candidates must have relevant physiotherapy qualifications, HCPC registration, and a pitch-side trauma qualification or willingness to obtain one. Experience in sports physiotherapy, injury management, and programme design is essential, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The role requires a flexible working pattern, including evenings, weekends, and travel to support players' welfare and team performance.
