Lead operational excellence and revenue growth for mid-market enterprise practices as the primary operational and relationship partner.
Own end-to-end onboarding, training, data integrity, and reporting across client lifecycle workflows.
Identify and execute structured upsell and cross-sell opportunities to improve practice performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Compliance, Revenue Operations, Client Success, Billing, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless service.
Conduct regular business reviews and proactive outreach to optimize adoption, utilization, and financial performance.
Maintain a book-of-business mindset with accurate dashboards and outbound activity to meet revenue targets.
