La posizione
A Senior Internal Account Manager role involves managing and developing a portfolio of customer accounts, negotiating quotes, handling inbound and outbound calls, and re-establishing lapsed clients to generate new business. The successful candidate will work closely with sales and business development teams to identify sales opportunities and close deals. Candidates should have at least three years' sales experience in a fast-paced environment, with skills in technical product sales and CRM systems. The role requires a proactive attitude and strong relationship-building capabilities. The position is based at a head office in Heckmondwike and involves working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm.
