Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Large Systems)

Lead the development and optimization of AI models for large-scale systems, enabling performance across thousands of accelerators. Implement state-of-the-art models using PyTorch/JAX and write efficient Python/C++ code, including CUDA/Triton kernel work. Design, run and analyze ML experiments; benchmark techniques; identify bottlenecks and improve model efficiency. Collaborate with Research, Software, and Product teams to define, build and test the next generation of AI hardware and reference software stacks. Contribute to distributed training and inference across 64+ accelerators; perform testing, code reviews, and provide timely feedback on releases. Stay connected with the AI community, share findings, and translate complex concepts into clear messages for diverse audiences.
