Night Manager – Belfast

A Night Manager is responsible for supervising overnight hotel operations, including security, guest service, and shift handovers. They oversee the Night Team, manage night audits, and ensure safety and efficient service during the night. Candidates should have hotel management or supervisory night experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work independently on a rota including weekends. Experience with property management systems is preferred. The role requires a proactive approach to security and guest satisfaction, maintaining high standards in a boutique hotel environment. Technical familiarity with hotel management software and excellent interpersonal skills are desirable for success in this position.
