La posizione
Location: Brooklyn, NY; onsite Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, 40 hours per week.
Role: Senior UX content writer/strategist focused on onboarding and account management copy across a global B2B payments platform.
Responsibilities include UX copy for workflows (account setup, permissions, password reset), help content, KYC forms, FAQs, and onboarding messages.
Aim to convert complex manual processes into intuitive self-service flows and AI-driven support systems.
Collaborate with designers, researchers, and product teams to manage a large backlog; roughly 60% writing/editing and 40% review.
Qualifications: senior-level UX writing with B2B/payments experience preferred; ability to write for CFOs, tech leaders, and operations users; strong plain English and AP style; experience with AI tools under human oversight.
