The Entry Level Accounting Clerk supports daily accounting operations with a focus on journal entries and accounts payable.
Responsibilities include posting journal entries, assisting with month-end close, and performing account reconciliations.
Process accounts payable invoices, code and enter data, and perform 2-way or 3-way invoice matching.
Support vendor payments and resolve invoice discrepancies while maintaining accurate AP and GL records.
Assist with audits and ad hoc accounting tasks, ensuring timely and accurate financial information.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and proficiency with Excel and accounting software are essential.
