La posizione
Provide high-quality, proactive PA support to a team of partners and fee earners in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Manage end-to-end matter processes, including opening, rate setting, engagement letters, and liaison with the Business Acceptance Unit.
Drive financial performance support through client billing, WIP management, balance checks, and timely reporting.
Partner with Business Development for events, CRM administration, bids, tenders, pilots, and updating fee earner CVs.
Conduct conflicts checks and Client Due Diligence, oversee Client Matter Inception and robust file management.
Ensure thorough diary management, travel planning, meeting packs, and efficient admin delivered via the Cube.
