An IT Support Specialist (Level 2) provides high-quality technical support to clients through telephone, remote, and on-site assistance, ensuring issues are resolved within established SLA targets. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, cloud, and network problems, collaborating with various teams and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery. Responsibilities include configuring and maintaining end-user devices, supporting IT projects, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with ISO standards. Candidates should have at least two years of support experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and networking fundamentals. The position requires a proactive approach, problem-solving skills, cybersecurity awareness, and a full UK driving licence for travel to local sites.
