La posizione
Serve as the primary contact for a book of group health insurance clients, owning the end-to-end relationship and delivering expert employee benefits guidance.
Manage renewals, Open Enrollment, and design/implementation of health, dental, vision, life, disability, and other ancillary benefits.
Coordinate with internal teams and external carriers to ensure a seamless client experience and timely issue resolution.
Provide proactive, consultative support with data-driven recommendations to optimize plan design and pricing.
Drive client retention through regular touchpoints, issue resolution, and value-added insights while meeting service targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, plans, compliance documents, and related filings while leveraging relevant benefits platforms.
