La posizione
Join as-needed on-site event team member supporting setup, execution, and breakdown of corporate, nonprofit, and private events.
Shifts typically range 4-10 hours with strong weekday availability and some weekends; travel across Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts is required with mileage, accommodations, and meals provided.
Responsibilities include unloading/loading supplies, setting up tables, chairs, signage, and décor, greeting and assisting guests, and post-event breakdown.
Requirements: be proactive and self-motivated; maintain professionalism under stress; previous customer service experience and interest in event design/production; ability to get to the Portland-area office and event locations.
Must stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs; strong teamwork, direction-following, and prioritization skills are essential.
Key dates: must be available April 18 (training), May 14, July 11, August 14, 2026, plus optional May 13, July 10, and August 12–17, 2026.
