Event Producer (Remote)

Lead the planning, logistics, and execution of high-visibility B2B tech events (conferences, executive programs, partner summits) for a leading global cloud provider.
Own run-of-show and showcalling, coordinating with account and creative teams, clients, and vendors to deliver best-in-class experiences.
Build a thorough understanding of the client’s marketing campaigns, goals, and KPIs, and measure show flow, contingencies, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Design, rehearse, and deliver the event experience—develop run-of-show, conduct tech rehearsals, brief talent and crews, perform tech checks, and walkthroughs.
Lead on-site execution, managing producers, contractors, venues, and partners, ensuring everything runs on time and on budget while monitoring profitability.
Manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and timelines, while traveling as needed and collaborating across departments to continuously elevate event outcomes.
