Lead the evolution of influencer and analyst engagement within healthcare IT, shaping a strategic program that drives industry credibility.
Manage relationships with HIT associations and analyst firms (e.g., KLAS, Gartner), coordinating executive briefings and high-impact events.
Design and execute influencer programs such as Consultant Day, Private Equity Day, and Analyst Day to connect top firms with customer needs.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Corporate Development to align events with growth priorities and audience needs.
Develop scalable processes to track analyst surveys, distill insights, and inform leadership on customer experience and market trends.
Provide coaching on influencer positioning, prepare executives for external engagements, and represent the company at industry events.
