R&D Intern on Material, Power Electronics, Power System and Data Science

This internship focuses on research and development across material technology (including insulation and smart materials), power systems, power electronics, and data science.
You will conduct hands-on laboratory work, perform literature surveys and patent investigations, and contribute to data-driven algorithm development and validation.
You will ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines, while upholding safety and integrity.
The ideal candidate is pursuing a master’s degree in Polymer Science, Power Systems, Power Electronics, or Data Science with strong lab experience and the ability to work at least 3 days per week for 3+ months.
Eligibility requires fluent spoken and written English.
This is an on-site role based in Beijing with a full-time schedule.
