An Online Fitness Coach at SW7 Academy works with diverse clients to create personalised training programmes and provides ongoing virtual support through various digital channels. The role involves tracking client progress, adjusting plans based on feedback and data, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The coach combines in-person coaching foundations with digital tools to deliver an effective online service. Candidates should have minimum three years' experience coaching face-to-face, a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification, and excellent communication skills.
