La posizione
Own end-to-end planning and execution of flagship events and multi-day conferences, including Demo Day and Alumni Retreat.
Lead venue sourcing, contracting, budgeting, and all vendor relationships (catering, A/V, décor, photography, hotels).
Develop detailed project plans, budgets, run-of-show documents, scripts, and staffing plans.
Oversee attendee logistics and communications, including registration, travel coordination, and post-event follow-up.
Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling content and lead speaker prep to ensure engaging experiences.
Build strong relationships with nonprofit leaders and partners; act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout planning.
