Support active commercial projects from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring alignment with schedules and budgets.
Coordinate field progress and subcontractor activities, resolving on-site issues to maintain momentum.
Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders, and maintain accurate project records.
Assist with phased scheduling and procurement to secure timely delivery of materials and resources.
Facilitate clear communication with clients, vendors, and architects to uphold service standards.
Bring strong organizational skills, proactive collaboration, and a commitment to quality execution on detail-focused projects.
