Customer Success Executive / Account Manager

Ivanmed Ltd seeks a Customer Success Executive / Account Manager to manage a portfolio of clinic accounts in Edinburgh, fostering long-term relationships and supporting product activation. The role focuses on proactive outbound communication via phone, email and WhatsApp, promoting training, webinars, and marketing resources to existing clients. Candidates should have at least two years' experience in a customer-facing, call-based role such as customer success, account management, telesales, business development or customer service. They must be confident communicator, organised in handling multiple client relationships, and comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools. Experience in aesthetics, beauty, healthcare or medical devices is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
