La posizione
Serve as Tier 2 Cloud Engineer to administer Azure infrastructure (VMs, VNets, NSGs, storage accounts) and Microsoft Entra ID, acting as escalation for Tier 1 issues.
Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Intune.
Troubleshoot identity, MFA, and Conditional Access issues while supporting RBAC assignments under established standards.
Follow documented cloud configuration processes and contribute to automation through PowerShell scripting.
Document solutions, create runbooks, and contribute to process improvements.
Collaborate with Tier 3 engineers on complex escalations and maintain clear, customer-focused communication.
