Develop, shoot, and edit 2-3 daily short-form videos (Reels/TikTok) aligned to brand voice and ethos.
Create compelling captions, visuals, and storytelling; regularly appear on camera to embody the brand's creativity.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute content campaigns, especially during product launches and featured projects.
Manage posting and scheduling across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok; actively engage with comments, DMs, and mentions.
Monitor performance metrics and refine strategy based on insights; partner with marketing on broader campaigns.
Operate with independence and in collaboration, bringing a creative eye and strong written and verbal communication to the role.
