You will join a data analytics team to deliver actionable analyses and recommendations from customer data.
Own analytical projects from problem definition through results interpretation and stakeholder communication.
Projects include predictive modeling (e.g., wait times, call demand), customer segmentation, and dashboard design.
Collaborate across operations, product, marketing, and partners to inform decisions and monitor performance.
Requirements include 10+ years of experience with large datasets, SQL proficiency, and advanced Excel.
Fluent English, strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, data integrity, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
