Staff Applied AI/ ML Engineer

Seeking a senior staff AI/ML engineer to design and deploy production-grade AI/ML systems at scale. You will own technical strategy, model lifecycle, observability, safety, and evaluation across domains such as personalization and automated assistance. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Customer Excellence to identify high-leverage AI opportunities and translate them into roadmaps with measurable impact. You will build, harden, and operate platform capabilities powering customer journeys (personalization, routing, content selection) and stay current with the latest AI/ML research. You will establish robust practices for validation, deployment, monitoring, explainability, and performance management. You will mentor engineers and scientists, communicating tradeoffs and outcomes clearly to executives and non-technical partners.
