An IT Manager oversees and maintains IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Candidates should possess 2–5 years' experience in enterprise IT support, proficiency in Windows Server, Hyper-V, networking, and cybersecurity. Excellent communication skills and troubleshooting expertise are essential for supporting diverse user needs and ensuring smooth IT operations.
