La posizione
This position involves delivering ward-based clinical pharmacy services, supporting medicines reconciliation, and contributing to patient care within a hospital environment. The pharmacist will undertake rotations across various clinical specialties, developing foundational skills for career progression to band 7. They will work as part of multidisciplinary teams, including the Acute Medicine Team, and support outpatient and inpatient medication management. The role requires good communication skills, clinical knowledge, and experience in hospital pharmacy practices, including medication review and verification. Candidates will work a rota including weekends and bank holidays, supporting dispensary and clinical service delivery. Formal training, educational support, and opportunities for qualification in non-medical prescribing are provided.
