Senior interim HR leader responsible for delivering strategic people initiatives in a regulated housing/public sector context.
Own the Pay & Reward project, reviewing pay structures for fairness, competitiveness and alignment with strategy.
Design and implement a clear framework that defines 'what good looks like' across leadership, behaviours and ways of working.
Provide strategic HR leadership, offering challenge, insight and assurance to senior stakeholders while advancing the wider people agenda.
Operate autonomously in an interim capacity, delivering tangible outcomes quickly and influencing cross-functionally.
6-month assignment with hybrid working in the West Midlands and on-site presence required in Shropshire.
