IT Support Specialist – Petersfield

An IT support specialist with strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, and security technologies will provide 1st to 3rd line technical support across diverse clients, diagnosing and resolving issues related to Windows, networks, and cloud services. Responsibilities include configuring and managing Microsoft Intune, administering Entra ID, and supporting security features such as Microsoft Defender and BitLocker. The role involves troubleshooting networking issues, supporting Windows Server environments, and assisting with Microsoft 365 migrations and system upgrades. It can be largely remote with initial onboarding in Petersfield and some on-site attendance as needed, working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm. Candidates should have proven IT support experience, strong networking skills, and knowledge of cyber security principles, complemented by excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
