La posizione
Role: Head of Service Sales for Generator Service Contracts, responsible for leading and shaping the service sales function.
This is a home-based position with Midlands & Northern UK coverage, reporting to the CEO, requiring hands-on leadership and player management.
Drive new business development while managing existing client relationships and delivering growth in service contract revenue.
Lead a small team, set strategy, coach performance, and oversee pipeline, forecasting, and key metrics.
Requires at least 5 years of Generator Service Contract experience; people management is preferred, though high-performing sales candidates seeking progression will be considered.
Location flexibility within the North or Midlands with a competitive package including £60,000–£65,000 base, quarterly bonus, car or car allowance, and pension.
