La posizione
The HR Generalist performs a wide range of HR administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth function of the HR department.
Respond to employee questions on PTO, policy interpretation, performance management, recruitment, and benefits.
Maintain HRIS data and records, ensure data integrity, audit systems, and prepare ad hoc HR reports.
Provide benefits administration support, assist with leaves, workers' comp, onboarding, and new hire documentation (I-9, W-4).
Coordinate recruiting activities, including postings, screen resumes, interviews, and candidate management, as well as temporary staffing needs.
Demonstrate strong communication, confidentiality, problem-solving, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous learning and compliance with employment laws.
