Serve as a trusted advisor to our network of implementation partners, helping them sell, implement, and support ERP and SaaS solutions.
Provide training and coaching to partners on effective software sales, implementation strategies, and process improvement.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling and help partners tailor implementation packages for end customers.
Foster strong partner relationships, negotiate software requirements and agreements, and drive cross-functional collaboration across internal teams.
Collaborate with executives to understand customer needs and position the software as a competitive advantage.
Contribute to a customer-centric strategy and optimize processes for efficiency and automation in a rapidly evolving environment.
