Lead the design, implementation, and governance of the non-financial risk framework for securitization activities.
Assess and monitor operational, fraud, cyber, regulatory, and reputational risks across onboarding of asset managers, originators, and underlying assets.
Develop risk-based metrics, dashboards, and reporting for senior management to clearly see risk exposures.
Collaborate with credit, legal, compliance, and originations teams to embed NFR throughout the deal lifecycle.
Oversee end-to-end due diligence, incident response, and continuous control monitoring, driving remediation and lessons learned.
Drive innovation with data analytics and emerging technologies to enhance risk detection and control effectiveness; mentor a team of risk analysts.
