Focus on soliciting and developing accounts for Battery Specialists and Auto Parts Distributors within assigned channels.
Manage the value proposition, coordinate product offerings, marketing messages, and service levels.
Attain sales and gross profit targets through a matrixed organization, collaborating with regional sales managers.
Identify opportunities and recommend strategic changes to capture growth in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions.
Train others on the account selling process and develop tools to differentiate the business from competitors.
Collaborate with Marketing to develop programs, educate customers and managers on value propositions, and drive promotions and business development standards.
