An Operations Manager is needed to oversee daily operations at a high-tech testing site in Southampton, focusing on EMC, Radio and SAR functions. The role involves coordinating teams, planning operational activities, managing budgets and KPIs, and ensuring smooth technical delivery. Candidates should have experience in leadership within technical or engineering settings and possess relevant qualifications such as a degree in Engineering, Physics, or Business.
