Senior/Staff Software Engineer, Machine Learning Infrastructure

Design, build, and maintain tooling to track the full model development lifecycle, including feature stores, experiment tracking, and model registries.
Implement deployment and evaluation tooling to enable efficient ML workflows and rapid iteration.
Develop issue detection and alerting for critical ML services (training jobs, data pipelines, deployments) to maximize uptime.
Maintain observability dashboards for model performance, data quality, and system metrics.
Champion robust, reproducible, and debuggable ML experimentation and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (perception, behavior, mapping, simulation) to deliver end-to-end ML solutions while balancing exploration with practicality.
