Lead and manage influencer programs across multiple clients, with a primary focus on a major international beauty brand.
Research influencers, oversee outreach, and craft quality proposals, pitches, and reports to drive timely results.
Leverage quantitative and qualitative data (Google Analytics and other sources) to understand customer behavior and optimize engagements.
Define success metrics, monitor performance, and ensure FTC compliance across all programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless online and offline consumer experiences and scale programs.
Contribute to thought leadership, mentor team members, and stay ahead of trends in influencer marketing.
