Conduct in-person and virtual consultations with luxury clientele to understand needs and showcase bespoke options.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through proactive outreach, consultations, and closings.
Manage deposits, contracts, and payment schedules with precision while maintaining detailed client records in CRM.
Coordinate with designers and production teams to ensure client expectations are met and events run smoothly.
Represent at high-fashion events, runway shows, trunk shows, and private client activations, while upholding brand standards and luxury hospitality.
