Drive achievement of forecasted sales goals and action plans for wine and spirits, maximizing volume, distribution, merchandising visibility, and market share in the South and Southwest Suburbs of Chicago.
Manage introduction and ongoing distribution of wine and spirits brands with regular calls on key accounts and profitability monitoring.
Develop new accounts and increase product exposure at current accounts through promotions, tastings, and on-premise events.
Maintain strong customer relations, promptly address complaints, and provide staff with guidance on new items and styles.
Ensure proper stock rotation, freshness, shelf facing, and optimal placement; complete required paperwork and maintain POS materials.
Operate with high energy and professionalism, including evenings and weekends as needed; driving, lifting, and field work are required.
