Applied AI Engineer

This role sits at the intersection of generative AI research and product delivery, focusing on architecting and delivering enterprise-grade AI and conversational systems for coaching workflows. You will design, implement, and refine LLM-based components, balancing performance, scalability, and reliability in real-world deployments. You’ll integrate diverse structured and unstructured data to improve contextual understanding and output quality. You’ll partner with product, engineering, and design to translate user needs into impactful technical solutions, and rapidly prototype across backend, data pipelines, and frontend as needed. You’ll build tooling, tests, and automation to support reliable model deployment, observability, and data-driven decisions, enabling fast experimentation.
