Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented HR professional to oversee talent management, employee relations, and compliance initiatives. Responsibilities include leading full-cycle recruitment, conducting compensation analysis, administering benefits, processing payroll, and maintaining accurate HR records. Develop and implement learning and development programs; manage employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations. Ensure safety program compliance and adherence to employment laws while supporting office operations and coordinating with external vendors. This position is based onsite in Suwanee, GA with immediate availability and a competitive compensation package.
